RESOLUTION NO. 2017-421
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2017 SALVAGED ASPHALT
CRUSHING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-420, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2017 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on June
5, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5h day of June 2017.
