RESOLUTION NO. 2017-423
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2)
COMPACT TRUCKS FOR ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of two (2) compact trucks for the Engineering
Department, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of two (2) compact trucks for the Engineering
Department, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on June 5, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the purchase of two (2) compact trucks for the Engineering Department, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2017.
