RESOLUTION NO. 2017-432
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR STORM
SEWER AND SANITARY SEWER, SERVING THE IRVING SQUARE
ADDITION, AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT, DNR
FORM 28A (SEPT 2010), AND THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION PLANS, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the construction plans for storm sewer, and sanitary sewer, serving the Irving Square
Addition, as submitted by Holland Engineering & Surveying, LTD., Cedar Falls, Iowa, and
Sewage Treatment Agreement, DNR Form 28A (Sept 2010), with the Department of Natural
Resources, are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that final acceptance of construction plans be subject to review and
acceptance by the DNR and authorize Mayor and City Clerk to execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5t'day of June 2017.
