RESOLUTION NO. 2017-434
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$4,000.00, FOR ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION-RELATED
SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 BRIDGE
REPAIRS - 6TH STREET, 18TH STREET, AND
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, CONTRACT NO. 916, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated June 5, 2017 in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00, for
additional construction related services, for the FY 2017 Bridge Repairs - 6th Street, 18th Street,
and Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 916, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5t'day of June 2017.
