RESOLUTION NO. 2017-435
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$3,500.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 BIENNIAL
BRIDGE REVIEW PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated June 5, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $3,500.00, in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Biennial Bridge Review Program, by and between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
