RESOLUTION NO. 2017-437
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DEER
CREEK AND CITY OF WATERLOO, APPROVED
SEPTEMBER 26, 2016, FOR THE REPAYMENT OF
INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDS IN GREENBELT CENTER TO
CHANGE SECTION 4 FROM 180 DAYS TO 360 DAYS, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND
FULLY EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated September 26, 2016, between Deer Creek and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the repayment of infrastructure funds in Greenbelt Center, be amended by
changing Section 4 from 180 days to 360 days to allow for finalization of legal documents, is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
