RESOLUTION NO. 2017-440
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
JULY 10, 2017 AND DATE OF BID OPENING AS JULY 6,
2010 FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S FY 2018
AMMUNITION BIDS, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 10th day of July, 2017, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the Police Department's FY 2018 Ammunition Bids.
Section 2. That the FY 2018 Police Department Ammunition Bids will be opened in the
First Floor Conference Room, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 1:00 p.m. on the 6th day of July 2017.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June 2017.
