RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION COMMERCIAL SERVICE VERTICAL
INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM FOR BUILDING
IMPROVEMENTS TO HANGAR NO. 5, WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT.
the Ci Council of the Ci of Waterloo Iowa heretofore instructed the
WHEREAS, ,
City City
City Engineer to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2017 Iowa Department of Transportation Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure
Program for building improvements to Hangar No. 5, Waterloo Regional Airport, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, s ecifications form of contract etc.,
in conjunction with the FY 2017 Iowa Department of Transportation Commercial Service
Vertical Infrastructure Program for building improvements to Hangar No. 5, Waterloo Regional
Airport, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 12, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2017 Iowa Department of Transportation Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure
Program for building improvements to Hangar No. 5, Waterloo Regional Airport, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June 2017.
