RESOLUTION NO. 2017-447
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION COMMERCIAL SERVICE VERTICAL
INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM FOR BUILDING
IMPROVEMENTS TO HANGAR NO. 5, WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-446, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Iowa Department of Transportation Commercial
Service Vertical Infrastructure Program for building improvements to Hangar No. 5, Waterloo
Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on June 12, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
