RESOLUTION NO. 2017-450
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 EAST 5TH STREET
PARKING GARAGE REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 930.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with FY 2017 East 5th Street Parking Garage Repairs, Contract No. 930, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 East 5th Street Parking Garage Repairs, Contract No. 930, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 12, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2017 East 5th Street Parking Garage Repairs, Contract No. 930, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June 2017.
