RESOLUTION NO. 2017-452
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF
657A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1606 WILLISTON AVENUE.
WHEREAS, bids were submitted and received by the Community Planning and
Development Department on June 8, 2017, per the Sale of 657A Property Policy and read by the
City Clerk after public hearing on June 12, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said sale of property, located at 1606 Williston Avenue, proceed in
accordance with the Sale of Property Policy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June 2017.
