RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR USE OF CITY
STREETS TO DETOUR TRAFFIC FROM THE RAMP TO US 218
NB AT HIGHWAY 63/COMMERCIAL STREET, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE US 218 PCC PATCHING PROJECT, FROM US 63 TO
GREENHILL RD.NB (NHSN-218-7(236)-2R-07).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 12, 2017, between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for use of city streets to detour traffic from the ramp to US 218
northbound at the intersection of Highway 63/Commercial Street, in conjunction with the US
218 PCC Patching Project, from US 63 to Greenhill Road northbound (NHSN-218-7(236)-2R-
07), is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12d'day of June 2017.
