RESOLUTION NO. 2017-456
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $19,500 FOR SERVICES RELATED TO THE FY 2018
BROCK 2ND ADDITION SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN
EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 932, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated June 12, 2017, between Wayne Claassen
Engineering and Surveying, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $19,500 for
services related to the FY 2018 Brock 2nd Addition Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Extension,
Contract No. 932, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June 2017.
