RESOLUTION NO. 2017-461
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACTS ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS OF JULY, 13, 2017 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS JULY 17, 2017, FOR THE FY 2018 MANHOLE
INSPECTION-SERVICE AREAS 10, 11, 12 AND 13 AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Manhole Inspection-Service Areas 10, 11, 12 and 13 are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction the FY 2018 Manhole Inspection-Service
Areas 10, 11, 12 and 13 is scheduled for July 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 17th day of July 2017,
to hold a public hearing in conjunction with the FY 2018 Manhole Inspection-Service Areas 10,
11, 12 and 13.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
