RESOLUTION NO. 2017-462
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR 711 KINGSLEY AVENUE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $143.84, AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK
TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 711 Kingsley Avenue is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment is hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June 2017.
