RESOLUTION NO. 2017-472
RESOLUTION APPROVING PERMANENT CLOSURE TO
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OF THE 3800 BLOCK OF WEST
SHAULIS ROAD WITH PLACEMENT OF SIGNAGE AND
PERMANENT BARRIERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the request of the Leisure Services Director with support of the Black Hawk County
Conservation Board, to permanently close the 3800 block of West Shaulis Road and place
signage and barriers prohibiting traffic, is hereby approved and the Traffic Operations
Department is authorized and directed to install the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June 2017.
