RESOLUTION NO. 2017-476
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $27,500 IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2017 FLOOD CONTROL GATEWELL
REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 918, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated June 19, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $27,500, in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Flood Control Gatewell Repairs, Contract No. 918, by and between
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June 2017.
