RESOLUTION NO. 2017-477
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH CEDAR BEND
HUMANE SOCIETY FOR THE BOARDING OF DOMESTIC
ANIMALS AND INJURED/SICK WILDLIFE TAKEN INTO THE
HUMANE SOCIETY BY ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS AND
WATERLOO RESIDENTS, COMMENCING JULY 1, 2017 THRU
JUNE 30, 2020 AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that
the contract dated June 19, 2017, for the boarding of domestic animals and injured/sick
wildlife taken into the Humane Society by Animal Control officers and Waterloo residents,
commencing July 1, 2017 thru June 30, 2020, by and between the Cedar Bend Humane Society
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June 2017.
