Recommended City Council Action:
Receive and place on file and instruct City Clerk to have recorded with the County Recorder.
Summary Statement:
An abandoned underground storage tank was discovered during the reconstruction of E. 9th Street
and was properly remediated according to IDNR regulations. The City has now received a
Certificate of No Further Action, which is required by Iowa Code to be recorded.
This certificate is available in the City Clerk's office if you wish to review it in its entirety.
