Background Information: The City adopted an Emergency Management Plan in 2006. This
Change to the plan will update City of Waterloo Elected Officials as well as departmental points
of contact. Once approved, Black Hawk County Emergency Management Plan updates and
City departmental re -distribution will be accomplished.
