CPYiridL q1/91i1 IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT HOUSING ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM AGREEMENT CONTRACT AMENDMENT NUMBER: One (1) EZ AGREEMENT NUMBER: 06-HEZ-064 THIS AMENDMENT is made by and among the Iowa Department of Economic Development, 200 East Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50309 ("Department" or "IDED"), City of Waterloo, 715 Mulberry St, Waterloo, IA 50703, ("Community") and Midtown Development LLC, 501 Sycamore St., Ste. 710, Waterloo, IA 50703, ("Housing Business"). Contract Number 06-HEZ-064 is hereby modified as follows: Modification 1: The number of units to be created or rehabilitated as specified in Article 1.4 "Agreement Expiration Date" is changed as follows: 1.4 "Agreement Expiration Date" means the date this Agreement ceases to be in force and effect. This Agreement shall remain in effect until IDED receives written verification that all 44 7 units have been certified for occupancy? Modification 2: The number of units the Housing Business must build or rehabilitate as stated in Article 4.1 Build or Rehabilitate is changed as follows: °The Housing Business must rehabilitate 44 7 multi -family units in the Waterloo EZ -4 Enterprise Zone."
