RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
The City of Waterloo, the present owner of the mortgage for the benefit of the
Waterloo Water Works hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby confirm that the following described real estate
situated in Black Hawk County, Iowa, to -wit:

Is hereby released from the lien of the real estate mortgage, executed by Loren F. Steimel
and Ruth M. Steimel, on November 12, 1996, recorded in the records of the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, in Book 512 of Land Mtg., at Pages
196, 197 and 198.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as
in the singular or plural, and as masculine, feminine or neuter gender, according to the
context.
