You are directed to make the following changes in the Contract Documents. Description:
8001: Install 40 -foot long 5"x5"x1l4" steel tube field -welded to the top of the existing truss on Hangar A doors.
8002: Grind existing asphalt adjacent to Hangar 15 door (Hangar B) and cover planes in remaining hangars during grinding operation, in addition to required
clean-up work.
Reason for Change Order:
8001: To stiffen existing truss in addition to providing flat plane in line with Hangar A column.
8002: To allow proper door fitting and provide positive drainage.
Settlement for Cost of Work to be Made as Follows:
8001: Agreed Lump Stun Cost of $1,800.00
8002: Agreed Lump Sum Cost of $3,954.00
$1,800.00 (Hangar A)
$3,954.00 (Hangar B)
