RESOLUTION NO. 2015-352
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$9, 800 . 00 FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR
THE FY2016 LOWER SINK CREEK CHANNEL CLEANING,
CONTRACT NO. 891, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement with AECOM Technical
Services, of Waterloo, Iowa in an amount not to exceed $9, 800 . 00
for construction related to services for the Lower Sink Creek
channel cleaning, contract no. 891 is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May 2015 .
