Background Information: After reviewing the FEMA paperwork and meeting with
FEMA representative it was determined that funding was available for other pumps that

We propose to famish the labor and materials. to route the sump pump line into the men's
restroom and tie it into the storm sewer lorated in the outside wall. We have included the extra
piping and wall cut and patch in our quote.

Youth Pavilion
We propose to furnish the labor and materials to reroute a sanitary sewer line that runs directly
in the center of were our pit needs to go. We have included all the necessary pipe, fitting and
excavation to reroute the piping.
