You are hereby ordered to make the following changes from the plans and specifications or perform
the following extra work on your contract dated April 12, 2010.
A. Description of change to be made or extra work to be done:
2001 Additional removal of existing asphalt trail and replacement with 5 -inch PCC
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:
2001 Review of funds showed additional older General Obligation bond monies available to make trail
repairs beyond the amount originally put out for bid and amount added in Change Order #1.
Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
2001 Remove existing asphalt trail, replace 5950 SF @ $4.50 per SF $26,775
with 5" PCC
TOTAL INCREASE $26,775.00
