General Exterior: Clean roofs of debris. Clean glass. Complete installation of pressure plates on aluminum windows. Light fixture above opening #127B appears to be scratched. Remove excess mortar from north jamb at opening #202A. General Interior: Install screens on all operable windows. Verify that interior of all cabinetry has been cleaned. Clean interior side of glass. Install sprinkler head covers. Clean window framing. 101: Replace damaged ceiling tile. 102: Replace damaged ceiling tile 103: Adjust wall cabinet door on the south end. It appears to be racked. 104: Replace damaged ceiling tile at detector. Replace rough cut ceiling tile along north and east walls. 105: Replace damaged ceiling tile at diffuser. Remove white marking on burnish block below speaker knob. Touch up or replace ceiling tile along the south wall. 106: No items at this time. Kline, P.E. NOTE { GENERAL ITEMS OBSERVATION DATE Oct. 13, 2010 Submit as -built drawings as required by the architectural specifications. Submit operation and maintenance manuals for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and telecommunication systems as required by the architectural specifications. Instruct owner in operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and telecommunication systems as required by the architectural specifications. Ensure equipment warranty information has been completed and given to the owner as required by the architectural specifications. r-'ECHANICAL ITEMS Clean all plumbing fixtures per Specification Section 22 4000. Clean out all sanitary sewers to remove any debris prior to substantial completion (trench drains, floor drains, etc). Submit balancing report as per Specification Section 23 0593. Clean filters per Specification Section 23 8101. The supply air diffuser core appears bend/not installed flat. Repair or replace as required. Exhaust hood is not operational when the power is activated at the exhaust switch on the hood. Coordinate with the electrical contractor. The electrical contractor was instructed to remove the motor starter and wire the unit similar to how the AAON startup technician had the unit wired. Replace damaged aluminum filter. The filter is dented and scratched. Install thermostat for radiant floor heating. The sprinkler contractor shall install all concealed head sprinkler cover plates. Sprinkler head cover plates are to be installed flush with the finished ceilings. CTR .A, L ITEM S Submit electrical service ground rod test report per Specification Section 26 0529. Provide engraved plastic nameplates and typed circuit directory for all branch and distribution panels per Specification Section 26 2416. Clean all light fixtures and replace failed lamps per Specification Section 26 5100. Label data, fiber, and voice cables/outlets in accordance with owner's standards. Submit data and fiber test results Submit a hard copy and electronic file of data, fiber, and voice system as -built drawings. As -built information shall include actual device locations and device addresses. Submit a hard copy and electronic file of fire alarm as -built drawings. As -built information shall include locations of initiating devices, signaling appliances, shut down relays. and offline devices; including all device addresses. Install wiring to the hot water recirculation pump. Provide a label for the boiler emergency shutdown pushbutton. Remove cover on smoke detector. Remove smoke detector cover. Install the over -bed wall light when the fixture arrives. • Connect the two 2x2 fixtures to the three-way switches. Connect the 2x4 fixture to the single pole switch. Complete the exhaust fan/makeup air unit wiring. Install a GFCI receptacle for the microwave. Align devices and faceplates in the room, especially on the south wall. Install all devices. Replace the light fixture with a type RI compact fluorescent fixture. Install the light fixture above the exterior door. Trim the cables hanging from the lights. Remove cover on smoke detector. Replace failed lamps/ballasts. Install gas detection system detectors. Complete the installation of the door access system. Provide a cover for the open box near the ceiling by the northwest door. Install the 208V receptacle. z Install trippers for the time clock. Install ground jumper across the water meter.
