THIS AMENDMENT is made by and between the IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT, (hereafter "Department" or "IDED"), 200 East Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa
50309 , an agency of the State of Iowa and the CITY OF WATERLOO, 715 Mulberry Street,
Waterloo, IA 50703 (hereafter "COMMUNITY"), an Iowa city.
WHEREAS, The COMMUNITY requested that Contract #08-BRN-04 be amended to extend
the project completion date;
WHEREAS, the Department approved COMMUNITY'S request on June 30, 2010;
NOW, THEREFORE, the above -referenced Contract is hereby modified as follows:
1. REVISION OF ARTICLE 1.2, "PROJECT COMPLETION DATE." Article 1.2 is amended to
extend the Project Completion Date as follows:
1.2 Project Completion Date. "Project Completion Date" Means "30, September 30, 2010."
Except as otherwise revised above, the terms, provisions, and conditions of Contract Number
08-BRN-04 remain unchanged and are in full force and effect:
