Subj: Central Garage Wall Damage
1314 Black Hawk Street
Dear Joel,
We propose to furnish all labor, material and equipment to replace damaged wall located at the
Central Garage, 1314 Black Hawk Street for the sum of $30,120.00.
We have a budget of $15,000.00 to shore the existing building and remove damaged masonry.
This work will be done on a cost plus basis.
Description of Work:
1. We include filling in window east of overhead door with masonry.
2. The roof and sheet metal will be patched or replaced at the new wall.
3. We include a new 16' X 12' overhead door Series 591 white Thermacore door with a
new operator and wiring supplied by owner.
4. The new masonry will be sheltered on the outside of building and heat from inside the
building will be used to heat the laying of masonry.
5. We include painting inside and outside of new masonry. If painting is not required
deduct $2,400.00.
6 We include a new steel lintel above the overhead door.
7. We exclude a building permit fee.
8. All rubbish to be hauled away by owner.
9. Electrical to be supplied by owner.
10. We exclude work on the Co Ray Vac heating system.
