Cost associated with 61x8' purchased sign is $3,595.00. Per Huff Contracting document dated 10.18.10. $3,595.00 is to be deducted from signage allowance. Credit remainder allowance. DEDUCT: $3,905.00 2. Cost associated with adding 5' counter top with a hanging (2) drawer file cabinet along the south wall. Per Proposal Request No. 9 dated 11.10.10. ADD: $675.00 3. Cost associated with providing a sheet metal head in the opening between vestibule 109 and corridor 106. Per Proposal Request No. 7 dated 11.4.10. ADD: $243.00 4. Cost associated with providing an 02 sensor that will reach the required distance of over 200'. Per Proposal Request No. 6 dated 10.4.10. ADD: $1,379.00 5. Cost associated with securing aluminum door frame and sdoor stop as shown in attached drawings for doors 101A -101F. Replace existing hinges with butt hinges in lieu of specified continuous hinges. ADD: $812.00 7. Cost associated with removing existing ACT ceiling in the trainer's office and the head coach's office. Replace removed ACT with new ACT to match ceiling on the offices new additions.
