Contractor: KWS of Cedar Falls, Iowa
The construction contract KWS and the final acceptance amount with for
the above mentioned project is here by modified as described in this
Modification Document the effective date of which is the date it signed
by the Mayor of Waterloo.
Reason For Modification: No loops were shown on the plans but the
contractor was asked to provide the loop detectors. Contractor provided
them. The vendor recently invoiced the contractor because the plans did
not mention existence of the loops. The original price was quoted based
on having no loop detectors.

Final construction cost: The final construction cost as presented to

the cost of 7 loop detectors.
