RE: Waterloo Riverfront Stadium Locker Renovation- Waterloo, Iowa ARCHITECTS A punch list inspection of the project was held Tuesday, April 15, 2010 @ 2:30 P.M. at Riverfront Stadium, Waterloo, Iowa. Present include: Dan Keagle, Benjamin and Bob King- Peters Construction Co., Inc.; Rick Curran- Waterloo Leisure Services; and Dale Port- Struxture Architects. Upon review of the remodeling work for substantial completion on this date, the project wasn't complete enough to finish and the following deficiencies were observed still in need of correction, modification or completion prior to final acceptance of this project. Please note the items as follows: Exterior: North Ramp: 1) Overhead 2" copper pipe is not insulated. 2) Sealer for masonry exterior walls isn't installed. 3) Pick-up debris at north gate including gravel piles, etc. 4) Asphalt patch at Ramp by Owner. 5) Short pier at North Ramp- caulk base and vertical joint separation. 6) Corner pilaster- caulk vertical joints; also hole to caulk at very top. 7) Lintel @ op'g #103- install break metal cover to O.H. door. 8) Remove brown metal filings from concrete block west wall before sealing. Hall 034 : 1) Remove wall paint overspray on Tectum ceiling. Home Team Locker 007: 1) Paint Overspray on wall above door 104 and by Exit light. 2) Paint stripe at south wall and east wall south door 104. 3) Furnish and install replacement end locker. Corridor 006: 1) Fire alarm needs to be hung in box and infill arrow on sigh 2) Rotate Exit sign- rotate 90 degrees. 3) Owner to add sign reading "Door to Remain Open During Occupancy". 4) Check out and change smoke detectors... Rick says they were found to be faulty. Locker Room 008: 1) Do something with the 3 large pipe penetrations... the gap around them looks bad. 2) At the top of the stub wall by entry to toilet area, there is steel paint color on the block. Toilet 009: 1) Remove concrete spatters at base at all walls and repaint. 2) Water closets leak- repair them. 3) Screw missing at bottom of partition bracket that attaches to wall. 4) Remove masking tape on inside eat partition (behind door at hinges) 5) Bottom pipe at eat wall needs repainting. 6) Beam high at S.E. corner- 2/3 of beam is painted. Lockers 010: 1) Install trim at top of lockers. 2) Remove masking tape in 034 and 010. 3) Under lavatory counter, cut off bolts at brackets. Drying 005: 1) Paint overspray all around ceiling trim and above speakers. 2) Paint overspray onto Tectum ceiling. 3) Block above emergency exit- use block filler to make block look like other block in wall. Team Meeting 003: 1) Blank electrical cover boxes by door 105 speaker (by ceiling)... also by volume control. 2) Fix painter's line around 3 large pipes. Laundry 011: 1) Door 105- needs painting including glass lite. 2) Install escutcheon on pipe at washer stand pipe 3) Metal trim at all Tectum needs 2nd coat of paint. 4) Steel at north wall needs another coat of paint. 5) Remove paint overspray on light. 6) Clean paint spatters off concrete floors. 7) Fill 4" accent band at one location east of door 105. Coach's Office 014: 1) Install missing locker. 2) Electrical panel- label circuits. 3) Label mechanical pipes. Coach's Toilet 016: 1) Install threshold under door... may need to raise door. 2) Clean room. Please correct the above items. This is a preliminary list and is incomplete.
