Iowa 50707 Billing Concerning Change Orders: August 25'x',26111,271i 28°' of 2010 Easton Basin No: 1 1) Helped Waste Management lith selling up pumps al the bottom of a 28' pit 5' off of the floor. Set 2 pumps on Wednesday and one on Thursday the 26111 . Total of 3 4" pumps and discharge hose, also helped with moving discharge on 6" pump and priming. Four men at 55 man hours at $35.00 per hour. $1925,00 2) Tightening of all pipe straps $140.00 3) Tightening of all anchor bolts headers, laterals & checking for missing or Broken bolts or ports $280.00 4) Replaced 1 - T Cone and removed garbage $35,00 5) Helped Waste Management remove 3 - 4" pumps from bottom of tank & Platforms they were seeing on - also removed 4" discharge lines.
