I am pleased to offer you this engineering service proposal for the above-mentioned project.
This proposal includes contract documents, bidding assistance, submittal reviews and on-
site meetings with construction personnel as required to clarify issues of design.
This proposal does not include the following services:
Structural engineering
Civil engineering
Telecommunication, video, network, etc. design. (Raceways for these systems will be
included in the electrical documents)
Fees, permit costs or other costs associated with review or applications to governing
bodies
For the above referenced services our fee will be hourly not to exceed $5,500.00 of the
mechaniral/electrical bid amounts.
Additional services, as approved and requested, shall be provided at our hourly rates.
MODUS Errors and Omissions Policy shall be deemed a part of rhis Agreement.
Distribution and document reproduction expenses are a reimbursable expense.
The AIA B101 (2007) Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect shall be
deemed a part of this letter.
