RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR REAP
FUNDING FOR CASTLE BLUFFS PARK IMPROVEMENTS,
AND MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA
NORTHLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
(INRCOG) FOR THE WRITING, PREPERATION, AND
SUBMITTAL OF SAID GRANT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY THE MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
The Memorandum of Understanding dated May 11, 2015, for the
writing, preparation, and submittal of a REAP Grant application
in an amount up to $200, 000 for Castle Bluffs Park Improvements
by and between INRCOG of Waterloo, Iowa and the city of Waterloo
is hereby approved. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of May, 2015 .
