SPECIAL CONDITIONS
• A limited amount of confidential funds are available to this project through a grant provided to the Division of Narcotics Enforcement The project
mast adhere to ODCP's "Guidelines Governing the Use of Confidential Funds".
• Drug enforcement task force projects are required to participate in the RISS event deconfliction project when it becomes available. Training on the
system will take place in the late summer or fall of 2010.
• Special Conditions related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act apply to this grant contract Those conditions are enclosed and will also
be included in the Contract Attachments of the online grant management system (www.iowagrants.gov) used to administer this grant
