1-1 Drilled Concrete Piers and Shafts (Footings for Performance Structure) $55,000.00
1-2 Added Length Drilled Pier Through Non -Rock Material ($300/LF) $0.00
1-3 Deduct Length Drilled Pier Through Non -Rock Material ($150/LF) $0.00
1-4 Added Length Drilled Pier Through Rock Material ($550/LF) $0.00
1-5 Deduct Length Drilled Pier Through Rock Material ($250/LF) $0.00
TOTAL ADDITIONS $55,000.00
Reason for Change Order:
1-1 It was decided it would be beneficial to the scheduling of work on the Lower Plaza project to complete the underground footing work
for the upcoming Performance Structure project as part of the ongoing work in the Lower Plaza area. The work included in this
Change Order includes 4 drilled shafts and 2 pile caps which will be extended as part of the future project.
1-2 — 1-5 Because the exact depths of rock in this area are unknown, prices have been established to increase or decrease costs depending on the
conditions that are discovered at the time of construction.

THIS DOCUMENT SHALL BECOME AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT AND ALL
STIPULATIONS AND COVENANTS OF THE CONTRACT SHALL APPLY HERETO.
