RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
The City of Waterloo, the present owner of the mortgage for the benefit of the
Waterloo Water Works hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby confirm that the following described real estate
situated in Black Hawk County, Iowa, to -wit:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW%) OF SECTION NO. FIFTEEN (15)
TOWNSHIP NO. EIGHTY-SEVEN NORTH (87 N), RANGE NO.
THIRTEEN (13) WEST OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA; THENCE RUNNING EAST ON SECTION LINE
TWENTY (20) RODS; THENCE NORTH EIGHT (8) RODS; THENCE
WEST TWENTY (20) RODS; THENCE SOUTH ON SECTION LINE
EIGHT (8) RODS TO PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Is hereby released from the lien of the real estate mortgage, executed by J. Peter Beck, on
September 29, 1997, recorded in the records of the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Black Hawk, State of Iowa, in Book 516 of Land Mtg., at Pages 139 and 140.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as
in the singular or plural, and as masculine, feminine or neuter gender, according to the
context.
