Rider #001 to Lease dated the 25th day of June, 2001, by and between the City of Waterloo as
Lessor and The Lamar Companies, as Lessee.
Lessor and Lessee agree that in lieu of the cash payment provided in this lease, Lessee
will pay to Lessor an annual rental consisting of advertising space on Jefferson east of 1 d St.
known as lease # 10036-1. The advertising will be on an "as available" basis but shall have a
value of at least $1,000 per year. Lessee also agrees to provide materials and production for one
design per year.
