RESOLUTION NO. 2015-304
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY-2015 SIDEWALK
REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 5 AND TRAIL REPAIRS,
CONTRACT NO. 878 AND FIXING THE DATE AND
PLACE OF HEARING ON SAID PROJECT, AS MAY
26, 2015, AT 5 : 30 P.M. , IN HAROLD E. GETTY
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA
WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 2015 Sidewalk Repair
Program - Zone 5 and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 878, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the F. Y. 2015 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 5
and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 878 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y.
2015 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 5 and Trail Repairs, Contract
No. 878, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2015 .
