RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPLETION OF
PROJECT AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF
WORK PERFORMED BY VIETH CONSTRUCTION CORP. OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$147, 137 . 20, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y.
2012 LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SAFE ROUTES TO
SCHOOLS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 805 .
WHEREAS, Vieth Construction of Cedar Falls, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, completed work
performed in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Lincoln Elementary
School Safe Routes to School Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for a total cost of $147, 137 . 20 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance of Work performed be hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2015 .
