Members present: Amos, and Powers. Absent: Mr. Jacobs
Moved by Powers seconded by Amos that the Agenda, as amended, be approved. Voice vote -
Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
Moved by Tom seconded by Amos that Mayor Hart's recommendation of the following
appointments, be approved:

Mr. Lind questioned if item 1C is able to serve on the board since they do not live in Black
Hawk County.
Mr. Amos read an email explaining the residency requirement for serving on the Airport Board.
Mr. Powers explained that the author of the email expressed his support of the appointment of
Dr. Allen and included that she would be an asset to the Airport Board.
Mr. Morrissey commented that there are not currently two members that live outside of Black
Hack County as the rules allow, so approving this appointment should be fine.
Keith Kaspari, Airport Director commented that this individual would be the only resident
outside of Black Hawk County.
Voice vote - Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Powers seconded by Amos that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:25 p.m. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
