Difference in Davis -Bacon wages from wage determination specified/bid to correct wage decision required to be paid. Duration of
work from start of project to recognition of incorrect wage decisionlissue on 1/22/2010 - prior to receipt of notification that
Davis -Bacon wages not required on 2/26/2010. See attached summary.
ft is assumed that no subcontractors have been affected by this change, as minimal work was performed on-site by subcontractors
during the period in question and no requests have been made. We don't feel it is appropriate to request changes from them unless
requested by the City of Waterloo.

Demobilization, Remobil nation, and Clean-up Expenses for flooding that occurred at the project site from March 12-22, 2010.

Flood Evacuation of Materials/Equipment

Pumping Water from building excavations.
Repairs to Temporary Electric Panel from being submerged.
