RESOLUTION NO. 2012-15
RESOLUTION. APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH MKW APARTMENTS LLC AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated January 3, 2012, to sell and
convey for $1.00, plus costs, a portion of Edgemont Avenue
located between Cataract Avenue and Park Lane, by and between MKW
Apartments LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 2012.
