RESOLUTION NO. 2015-264
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2015 STUMP REMOVAL
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2015-263, specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the 2015
Stump Removal Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
April 20, 2015 as prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 2015 .
