RESOLUTION NO. 2015-263
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2015 STUMP REMOVAL
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Leisure Services of said
City to prepare proposed specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc. , for the 2015 Stump Removal, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Leisure Services did file said
preliminary specifications, bid documents, form of contract,
etc. , for the 2015 Stump Removal Project, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2015-212 on March 30,
2015, and
2015. WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 20,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc. , for the 2015 Stump Removal Project, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 2015 .
