NOTICE OF RELEASE WHEREAS, on or about June 25, 2007 the City of Waterloo, Iowa ("City") and Leondorf, LC ("Developer") entered into a certain Development Agreement concerning real property legally described therein, which were filed August 14, 2007 as Doc. No. 2008-003693; and WHEREAS, a project was built within the prescribed timeframe of the project (4020 Bankers Boulevard was constructed in 2008 for over $400,000 and is currently at a $1.1 million taxable value), fulfilling the requirements of the Development Agreement by said Developer; and WHEREAS, Section 4 of the Development Agreement states City shall terminate all reversion or repurchase rights if Developer completes building as described; and WHEREAS, Developer has met all requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, City does hereby release all reversion or repurchase rights granted to City through the previous Development Agreement, as all provisions of the Development Agreement have been met by the Developer.
