RESOLUTION NO. 2015-252
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE REQUEST OF GMJ2
INDUSTRIES TO APPROVE THE 11- LOT FINAL PLAT
AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF KIEFER ESTATES 1sT
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 13th day of April, 2015, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
11-lot Final Plat of Kiefer Estates 1St Addition, Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, generally located along the north side of East
Shaulis Road, just east of Texas Street, was presented for
approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted to
and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming
and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the 11-lot Final Plat of Kiefer
Estates lst Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and
it is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th of April, 2015 .
