This extra work will relocate and reconstruct one of the driveways to the Center for the Arts parking
lot to help with the maneuvering of large semis into the loading dock for the Single Speed Brewery.
The driveway to the parking lot was planned to be reconstructed in the future, so this is just doing it
earlier to accommodate truck movements for Single Speed Brewery.
