RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECOND OF TWO
PAYMENTS FOR FY 2017 TO GREATER CEDAR VALLEY
ALLIANCE FOR WORK TOWARDS ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,250 BASE
AMOUNT WITH $10,000 IN INCENTIVE FUNDS, FOR A
TOTAL PAYMENT OF $24,250.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the funding payment dated June 19, 2017 between The Greater Cedar Valley Alliance &
Chamber and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for work performed towards economic development, in
the base amount of$14,250, with $10,000 incentive funds is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19`h day of June 2017.
